A multi use live/ work development of 300 Multi Family residential units of varying layouts and size ranging from 700sf to 1200sf, studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units. Small commercial space is available on street level along with enclosed parking at grade with secure and private resident pools and other amenities above. To reduce western exposure to the harsh Arizona sun the west face is mostly made up of a living screen at entry side to unit and unit balconies to the pools courtyard areas.
