Larry Heiny’s more than 40 years of experience provides expertise in the planning, programming and design of Mixed-Use, Residential and Hospitality projects. His portfolio includes projects situated all around the globe. As a Partner, he is involved in all aspects of the practice, including conceptual design, detail development, project team management, consultant coordination, client communication, and construction administration. His professional focus is on creatively solving and managing complex projects.
Larry has worked with diverse teams of architects, engineers, and clients. He has held senior management and ownership positions within design firms. He has a strong and favorable reputation within the planning and building departments of the municipalities within which his projects have been developed
